Discover How Jonathan (Yoni) Chetboun Is Revolutionizing Glove Dispensing Through Technology

Health 2.0 Conference Winter 2024 Welcomed Jonathan (Yoni) Chetboun As A Keynote Speaker

Jonathan (Yoni) Chetboun took the stage at the Health 2.0 Conference Dubai 2024 to unveil how smart tech is reshaping glove dispensing for a safer, greener future.

Dubai, UAE – July 4, 2025 — Dubai, UAE – July 3, 2025 — The Winter 2024 Edition of the Health 2.0 Conference, hosted from December 3-5 at InterContinental DFC, brought together healthcare innovators focused on shaping a brighter and more sustainable future. One of the standout keynotes was delivered by Jonathan (Yoni) Chetboun, CEO of IGIN Tech, who introduced a groundbreaking perspective on sustainability and operational efficiency in an often-overlooked aspect of healthcare: glove dispensing.

Before IGIN, he held leadership roles at Plasan, where he expanded global operations and developed key strategic partnerships, building a strong foundation for his current work. Known for his strategic insight and commitment to impactful results, Jonathan is dedicated to positioning IGIN as a global leader, driving growth, innovation, and reliable solutions that redefine efficiency in the industry.

Jonathan’s keynote, titled “Revolutionizing Efficiency And Sustainability In Glove Dispensing: A Tech-Driven Approach,” explored how something as simple as gloves can have far-reaching implications for resource use, patient safety, and environmental impact. He opened his session with a bold question: “What if a single system could reduce waste, enhance infection control, and save costs—all while improving healthcare outcomes?”

According to Jonathan, nearly 45 percent of gloves are wasted due to improper donning, tearing, or inefficiencies in manual usage. This staggering figure equates to millions of dollars lost and poses a real risk to both healthcare workers and patients. His solution? A fully automated, sensor-driven glove dispensing system that completes the process in under 10 seconds, enabling hands-free, hygienic glove application.

The IGIN Tech device integrates IoT technology with hospital CRM systems to enhance glove dispensing, making it more innovative and efficient. Its six-cartridge system holds up to 3,000 gloves and offers features like real-time usage tracking, refill alerts, and maintenance notifications to optimize inventory and procurement.

In his keynote, Jonathan reminded the audience that glove dispensing is more than a technical challenge. It is a call to rethink the basics of care delivery with a focus on sustainability, operational intelligence, and patient protection. He invited stakeholders from around the world to join IGIN in this mission, reinforcing the company’s commitment to saving lives, reducing waste, and redefining routine healthcare processes through technology.
