Prakash Perumal Featured In Times Square

As CTO, Prakash has played a key role in helping Radin Health deliver measurable improvements in radiology operations and patient care. Under his technical leadership, Radin Health introduced AI-driven workflow automation that reduced report turnaround times by more than 30 percent, enabling faster diagnosis and improved clinical decision-making. The platform’s intelligent work assignment, streamlined reporting workflows, and automation across intake, reporting, and follow-ups significantly reduced manual overhead for radiologists and operational teams. These improvements translated into higher physician productivity, reduced burnout, and more predictable service level performance for healthcare organizations.

Prakash also led the implementation of advanced OCR capabilities to automatically extract and structure data from faxes, referrals, and external clinical documents, dramatically reducing manual data entry and intake delays. In addition, Radin Health deployed automated agent-based phone call workflows to handle appointment coordination, follow-ups, and patient communication, improving response times and reducing administrative burden on front desk and care teams. AI-powered quality agents continuously monitor workflows, reports, and clinical handoffs to detect anomalies, enforce quality standards, and proactively prevent errors before they impact patient care.

By designing and scaling Radin Health’s cloud native infrastructure on AWS, Prakash improved system uptime, fault tolerance, and performance at scale, enabling uninterrupted access to imaging studies across distributed care teams. Radin Health’s solutions today help radiology groups operate with greater speed, accuracy, and confidence while maintaining strong compliance, security, and auditability.

At the core of Radin Health’s technology is the integration of modern radiology solutions with AI-driven automation. This includes intelligent workflow orchestration, a homegrown dictation and reporting solution designed to accelerate reads, automated follow-up tracking to ensure continuity of care, OCR-driven document ingestion, AI-assisted agent phone calls, and quality assurance agents embedded directly into clinical workflows. Together, these capabilities unify compliance, patient safety, operational efficiency, and physician productivity into a single, scalable technology ecosystem.

Prakash’s leadership and impact have been recognized internationally. He was awarded as one of the Top Leaders to Look For in 2022 in Germany. Beyond his professional work, he is deeply committed to mentoring and teaching young minds, sharing his experience in technology, systems thinking, and leadership to help shape the next generation of engineers and innovators.
